Sometimes, keeping it simple is the sweetest thing! In this deep, soothing Yin class, we hold Pigeon pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana), a deep hip opener, for 7-minutes on each side. If you've never experienced a 7-minute pigeon hold, you are in for a treat! If pigeon pose is sometimes a struggle for you, don't panic!
