Love the natural cork. Not slippery, and helps my wrists tremendously. Arrived in a huge box which was very banged up. Wedge was a little bent but it evened out after a few uses.

Facilitates yogic squat pose if you have tight calves, and takes pressure off wrists in downward dog pose. Didn't give it 5 stars because I've noticed small pieces of cork coming off after about 3 uses.
