The #YogaHappy Challenge: Day 21

It's a new year, and time for a new challenge. Whether you are just starting your practice, or wanting to deepen it- we want this challenge to jump start that process for you in 2014. With that said, the #YogaHappy challenge is open to anyone and everyone seeking daily bliss.

This 21-day challenge includes everything from getting sweaty on the mat to finding yoga in unusual places in your daily routines. Each day we will post a new challenge that connects you to a different part of your practice. The #YogaHappy challenge will inspire mindfulness, presence and our connection to our happy place.


DAY TWENTY-ONE: Kale Yeah, it's Sunday! Today is the final day of our 21-day #YogaHappy Challenge, and we want you to reward yourself with this refreshing juice. Why? Over the last 21 days, you have released negative energy, focused on deepening your practice, and spread the yoga bliss. Now that your mind is refreshed, we want your body to feel refreshed. Make this juice and as you drink it, reflect on the last 21-days and acknowledge how far you have come. Kale yeah you're #YogaHappy.

Kale Yeah

2 handfuls of kale
2 celery sticks
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 green apple
Organic agave nectar to taste [if needed]
