Healthy Eats: Summer Berry Crumble

In the process of deepening your practice, you find that there are endless ways to live your yoga everyday. Enriching your practice starts with your mind, connects with your soul and ends with your body. With that said, we love discovering yummy recipes to fuel a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Here's the cherry (or berry) to top off your sweet summer-- a berry crumble treat recipe from! Try this simple snack at an ice cream social, or as a post-practice greek-yogurt topper.



For the filling

 1 pint ollalaberries or blackberries
1 cup strawberries, quartered
2 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

For the crumble

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
2/3 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
generous pinch of salt
