Day 2 - Beginner Total Body Stretch (30-Min)


Are you new to yoga? Unfamiliar with the styles of yoga that are presented in this challenge? In this beginner class, we slow it down and review the Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini movements that make up this "Fusion" exploration. Come back to this class often to set a basic foundation for the classes that follow (or whenever you want to take it easy for a day). Perfect for beginner students or the advanced practitioner looking for a feel-good class. We explore Kundalini first, then flow through juicy twists, and end with a long Yin hip opener. YUM!
