After 10 years of practice on the same mat, I decided to treat myself to a new one and I am SO pleased! I wanted something with a pattern and that was unique, and this is it! I am 5' 7" and I don't have any issues with my head or feet hanging off the mat, and the thickness is very comfortable. I did take it with me on a weekend vacation and it traveled well. I love the symmetrical lines to help me with my alignment, absolutely something that has helped me elevate my practice.
