I was able to assemble the ball chair using the instructions given and tools included just fine. I am getting used to the new posture and because I am a tall person with longer arms and legs this size ball suits me just fine to my desk keyboard height and cubby space. I believe the back support is a plus when I need to sit further back on the ball chair. So far so good. I hope this will help with my spine fatigue from sitting in a regular chair in the office 8 hours a day. Thank you.
