I bought these to help with stretching, especially for cow face posture. They work great for that, but I wish there were instructions for other postures. The description says it is made of Plastic / Silicone. I thought they would be softer. They are hard plastic. Also one is shiny and the other is dull finish leading me to think these were not initially a pair. I will keep them and will maybe wrap them in something softer, but I am a little disappointed.

I bought these rings because, like many others, I’d struggled to lock my fingers in the hands-behind-back pose. Pulling on a yoga strap helped, but I could never quite reach the fingers. The rings aid the stretch, yes, but they also help with proprioception so that your fingers can find each other behind your back. Within a week, I was able to do the pose on both sides. I’ve been recommending them to friends, students, and even my personal trainer. I bought a few extra sets to give out to others. I’m not sure why they are sold in pairs, but if you buy them you’ll have an extra for a friend.
