This bolster has done wonders to help decompress my pelvis and releive my chronic pain. Doing restorative yoga or pt work on it is perfect, its comfortable but still very supportive and lets my body feel safe melting onto it. Most relaxed i’ve been and that’s saying a lot as someone who has issues physically relaxing from pain bracing. Definetly reccomend for your practice and worth saving money on too.

I got two of these for Christmas (different sizes) and I love them so far. They are comfortable, firm and feel like a great quality product. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I've only had them a week, so I can't speak to long use.
