This is hands down the best yoga/strength training mat I've had in the last few years. It's big, just the right amount of sticky with just the right amount of springy padding. For reference, I am 5'2" -- not 6'+ like many of the other reviewers here -- and I can't imagine ever going back to a regular-sized mat after this one. Love the extra real estate.
One minor caveat that has nothing to do with the mat itself: it shipped without a box, and it arrived with a ~ 1/2" puncture in one end. Not worth replacing a whole mat for a tear that isn't very visible when rolled out -- but kind of a bummer to have a hole in a new mat. I appreciate the attempt to keep packaging to a minimum, but this mat needs to be shipped in a box.

I’m 6’4” so I love that the mat is big enough for me. Great mat for HIIT workouts. However, it’s pretty slippery for yoga. The product says it gets stickier with use but it definitely isn’t getting stickier.
