These weights are great for movements when you need a little weight but 5 lb dumbells are too heavy.

For some reason, I thought the balls were much larger than they are and heavier. It is my fault that I got them for my 15 year old football-playing grandson thinking he could exercise with them at home. His mother is a yogini and I thought they both could use them.
