      This mat is beautiful and rugged. My husband uses it and he is 6'4" and pretty tough on mats. He is actually doing more yoga because he loves his new mat so much. I thought that this mat was going to be like a blanket on top of the mat but the hemp is built right into the top layer. It is extremely functional and did I mention how beautiful!
