perfect for hot yoga, my husband wears them for Bikram yoga, they are longer than what he was looking for but he decided to give them a try, they turned out to be on him in every class since. Will buy more if they have more colors/patterns. P.S. both in M size, his UnderArmer biker shorts squeeze a muffin top out of him while this pair of Onzie holds comfortably on his waist.
