I really wanted to like this mat, but after a few uses I found the mat surface too slippery. I was hoping the ridges would help, but I just slipped over them, and otherwise they just felt odd to stand on or put my palms on them. The rubber backing was nice but the mat still stretched & bunched some on the floor, that might say more about me than the mat! Alas, sending it back and goig back to my Jade Yoga mat. BTW, I set the durability rating to 1; I'd prefer to leave it blank as I really have no idea how durable it is.
