The fabric of these pants is thinner than I expected. They're even thin enough to be worn in hot summer weather. However, they don't seem to be see-through. They do run a little on the small side. I'm normally a Medium in pants (size 6-8) and so ordered a Medium in these, but the fabric wants to cling to my hips. Given, I do have a larger butt and thighs, so the drape in a Large would likely look nicer on me. However, the waist would be way too big at that point, as it's already running somewhat large on me in these Mediums. These would be better cut for someone with smaller, less curvy legs. The length hits at mid-low ankle and I'm around 5'9". Overall, these are comfortable and breezy, but I wish the fabric was slightly thicker so I could wear them year-round. I also wish the waist and hips were a little more structured.
