I use this top for both yoga and Pilates. Where it excels is yoga. I love to do inversions and I hate wearing my tank top up around my face when I'm upside down. This top stays put! The higher neck keeps the girls in check in down dogs and the cut is very flattering to my shoulders. The length is great, with a little extra coverage over the rear end. I just wish this were offered in a greater variety of colors.
