PROS: It has rubber lining on the bottom that keeps it in place on your yoga mat. That also keeps your sweat off of the yoga mat which is nice. CONS: It’s not very grippy for your hands, and it’s a bit heavy. I’m not sure what to wash it with because of the rubber side, so I wash it by itself.

I've used this for several baptiste yoga classes, and was really disappointed. It is quite lightweight, and wrinkles and shifts with every posture change. Iv'e used it on top of my thick Lululemon mat, trying it both dry as well as wet down in a few places, but it is simply not heavy enough or grippy enoigh to stay in place. I don't think it is quite worth the money. On the good points, it is a nice turquoise color and decently absorbent.
