This mat is the first and only I have found that lives up to its claims as having excellent grip. I tried pro mats costing over $100 and none have even compared to this mat. The grip is so great! I don't slip at all anymore, can hold any pose and can hold them longer! Thank you Gaiam for making my practice enjoyable again!
