With my extra long arms and legs, even though I am only 5ft 6in This is the perfect size for my yoga workouts! I use this with another one exactly the same size for a partner Yoga. Everything about this including thickness works very well for connection with the floor for balance poses. I use my mat daily. I wipe it down with 50% vinegar and water once a week. My dogs even enjoy doga on it.
