This a lovely, heavier weight mat. It can be a little hard to grip when dry but feels really nice on the skin. I haven't tried it when super sweaty but I imagine it would soak it up. Beware of using cleaning products on it, it could stain.

Arrived in excellent condition. The lines really help aligning. I have hardwood floors. I put a large foam mat, than this one on top. It feels really good almost like a tennis court that way. Directly on the hardwood floor is a little too hard for me.
