    Halfmoon was born in British Columbia, Canada in 1989, with the intention of providing quality yoga props to a growing community. What began as an idea sparked by a river-side yoga practice in India, became the foundation of something much deeper.

    B Yoga was born in Ontario, Canada in 2014, with a paralleled inspiration to bring simple, enduring yoga staples to the yoga community. What began as a grippy cushioned carpet liner in a manufacturing warehouse, sparked the inspiration for the very first b, mat.

    In 2018, these two brands came together as sisters deeply rooted in shared values and a vision to elevate and support a lifelong practice.

      Slipper When Wet

      I’m confused about the reviews for the bMat. They all say this is the grippiest hot yoga mat available. While I have found this mat to grip to fabric well it provides very little grip to skin and no grip once you start sweating. This mat replaced my Maduka GRP and I wish I’d bought a new GRP instead. This mat is fine for a non heated class but is not a hot yoga mat as advertised.
