It's long enough!! I'm 6'2" and was so tired of mats that were shorter than me. I'm so glad I bought this. I'm still breaking it in and slipping a bit, but the included rosin really helps me stick to the mat. It seems like great quality I'm excited to use this for years to come! The website made it easy to compare different mats and the shipping was quick (less than a week).Bonus: the navy color is gorgeous and the included strap isn't stretchy, so it actually works.

Length is fine for a 6'2" guy, but the mat provides virtually no padding and is slick - coated with some material that makes me breakout and itch. Not much good to say about this one. I'll try returning it but expect a costly hassle.

Great Mat and love the thickness for my knees, wrist and overall body. Beautiful deep navy color that makes you want to do yoga. Another positive, it did not smell like rubber like most of the Mars do!
