Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. will gladly accept eligible returns (see restrictions below) in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or store credit at your discretion. Orders placed between October 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 are eligible for return until January 31, 2021. If you opt to receive store credit for your return, we will provide you with complimentary standard (2-6 business day) shipping on your next order with us! Shipping fees and gift wrapping on your initial order are non-refundable.

How to Return

  • Use our cost-effective return label (only $4.99!)
    You will receive a link to print the return label when you generate your RMA. The $4.99 cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
  • Use your own label
    If you choose to ship your return via another method, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured method such as USPS with Delivery Confirmation, Insured Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL. Include the RA number on the packing slip included with your order, or on a printed copy of your emailed invoice. You will find the return shipping address when you generate your RMA.

How to Generate Your Return Authorization Number:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on Return Items.

3. Select the order number you wish to return from.

4. Check the box of the items you would like to return.

5. Select your refund method from either store credit or your original form of payment.

6. (Optional) Check the box to receive a return label. Note: A $4.99 fee for use of this label will be deducted from your refund.

7. Click "Process Return". A new page will load displaying your return authorization number. Please note this number on your return package. If you opted to receive a return label, a link to print this label will be displayed. The link will also be emailed to you. Additionally, you will receive return instructions in a separate return confirmation email.

How to make an Exchange

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Our inventory sells quickly so we recommend returning your items for a refund or store credit and reodering online as soon as possible.

When will I get my Refund or Store Credit?

Returns are processed 1-6 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your returns and the refund or store credit will be applied according to the method you selected. Please note that the refund amount from will be reflected on your bank statement depending on your bank's processing time.
