I am in my 50s and was looking for a pair of yoga tops that are not non-crop. I read that this has a shelf bra and is longer - I thought, perfect! I am 5'8" and 140lbs cup size A+ at ThirdLove. The Large was too big, and the Medium was perfect in the ribcage and waist area, with the back straps a little loose. What is so disappointing was that the description did not mention it has removable cups - they are such a pain to wash as you have to re-set them every time, and even then, they look odd as you can see the creases where the padding ends. Even with the pads, it was a little loose in the cup area - so don't bother unless you are a size B or bigger in your bra. Nike has figured it out - their Women's Swoosh Medium-Support Training Sports Bra has sewn in pads. I just need a tank top.
In the end, I kept the size medium from Everyday Yoga since I have no other option in hand, but will ditch it as soon as I find a better option.
