In this 35-minute class, we learn the yogic breathing of creating inhales and exhales of equal length that will guide us through the rest of this challenge. We flow through a sequence that tones the legs while improving balance and stability. We open across the chest and end with strong series of seated core work. Learn to balance strength and surrender in this peaceful but challenging practice.
