When did the studio first open? We opened on July 17, 2004 and have been a staple in the Los Angeles yoga world ever since.

What types of classes are offered?

What types of classes are offered? We offer all styles and levels of classes including beginner, prenatal, family yoga, restorative yoga, challenging vinyasa flow, Iyengar, yoga nidra, breath work, and meditation. We also offer kirtan, an Ayurvedic facialist, reiki healing, many philosophy talks, free events for the community, and even goat yoga once a month! 

How many teachers work at the studio? We have 24 teachers.

What are some unique aspects about your studio that set it apart from other yoga studios? We are an independent studio rooted in the history and authenticity of yoga. We have unique and varied offerings all centered around wellness and expanding our consciousness through life-enhancing experiences.

What are some unique aspects about your studio that set it apart from other yoga studios?

We offer a variety of extremely experienced teachers and styles under the umbrella of hatha yoga. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we have a passionate and dedicated teacher that will fit your needs.

Our garden studio is especially magical and we have been chosen as one of the top 10 most beautiful studios in the U.S. We have also been listed as one of the top 20 studios in the world by Travel and Leisure. Yet, we are cozy, warm, and always available to connect and share the practice and life.

What do you love most about your community of yogis? We are dedicated to promoting heath, peace, and freedom in the community and on the planet.
