I wholeheartedly recommend the mini xerball. I started with the 2 lb, then went to the 4 lb and have now arrived at the 6 lb. I work in a call center, and use the xerball between calls to get a bit of exercise into my day. It's very comfortable, and fits neatly into my palm. It's padded, so I feel very motivated to use it for multiple sets each day. I have noticed a definite improvement in my tone and strength since I began using it. Most importantly, I look forward to using it and am not becoming bored.
