If you’ve been looking for a drum for spiritual practices, such as shamanic journeying, but have run headlong into obscene prices, then this a great start! I was impressed with not only the sound, but the appearance, too. It’s got a whole lot going on for the modest price. It even comes with the striker, although I think the color(s) of the striker cover should have been more subdued, it makes a great sound. Both sides of the drum are covered, too. Great buy!
