The yoga top I bought was size medium and I wear a size 8. It was pretty tight, so I would suggest ordering a size bigger than you normally wear. I am 5'10" tall and the spaghetti straps are tight and dig into my shoulders. Maybe the large size instead of medium would have helped with that, too.
