This mat has decent stickiness, but is way too thin. Starting off in a child's pose, my knees ached and I had to put a second mat beneath it. Problem solved. Except, throughout my vinyasa, I couldn't get past its chemical smell. I wanted to like this mat. It does have a pretty design, but it just didn't work for me.

I bought one of these or similar mat a few years ago. It still has a. Chemical odor. I complained to Gaiam., no reply. I suggest you smell it before you buy it.
