I first purchased this on a video cassette in the late 90's and have been using it ever since. I love it so much I purchase extra copies to loan to friends and family. I hope it never goes out of distribution. Suzanne gives really good cues for the movements. The routine is easy, simple and I do it in the morning before heading to work. Love it. Happy to say that after all this time, I can finally place my head on the brick! (in most cases)
