Black Yoga and Wellness Resources to Support
The word “yoga” translates to union or oneness. However, the yoga and wellness spaces aren't reflective of its diverse participants. The lack of racial diversity, representation, and accessibility in the wellness world has played a large role in perpetuating the oppression and discrimination of Black and Indigenous people of color.
More diversity and inclusion in the yoga and wellness industries is long overdue, and it's time to create permanent change. We invite you to join us in cultivating a stronger sense of inclusion, belonging, and connection — in the yoga community, and beyond. Here are some resources to inspire action for lasting change.
